While fro-yo is known for its smooth consistency, there was nothing smooth about running a fro-yo business during the pandemic. Isaac Lee Collins, owner of the Kansas City division of Yogurtini, talks about the adjustments his team had to make as the pandemic unfolded.

The Wild Way Coffee

There are dozens of coffee shops throughout Kansas City, but few are on wheels. The Wild Way Coffee can be found in their unique camper popping up all over Kansas City. During the winter months, the camper is located inside a warehouse that serves a dual purpose as an indoor coffee shop.
