Kansas City Confidential is back this week with Molly Heise, owner and creator of GoGo Bloom, a local athleisure and loungewear company. Following the Pandemic, Molly found herself looking for comfy clothes that fit her everyday bright and bold style but had trouble finding what she was wanting. She decided, why not create her own company to show her vision of patterns and florals. Molly discusses the struggles of balancing starting a business while also being a mom. She also talks about the importance of mental health and her decision to highlight positivity through her graphic tees and sweatshirts. This week on Kansas City Confidential, Sari is joined by guest Jenn Nussbeck, President of LeisLux, a philanthropy and event management agency. Currently, Jenn serves as Parade of Hearts Co-Chair as well as serving on the Lee’s Summit Public Safety Board. The Parade of Hearts is a public art experience located all over KC. From March until the end of May, these hearts have been place all around different areas in the city as an example of unification and community. Jenn discusses the process of finding the artists for the hearts, the sponsors, and some additional hearts that were added to the bunch later on. On this week's episode, Sari is joined by Maddie Salerno, Marketing Manager and Social Media Expert for Pierpont's, Hereford House and The Conductor Club, a themed pop-up bar within Union Station. Maddie talks about the current theme, Forever Young, and all of the designing and organizing that goes into each theme. The Conductor Club started as a Christmas-themed pop-up bar and due to the unexpected success, continued to operate, changing themes every six weeks. KC Cookie Company offers 6 oz cookies with a variety of fillings and flavors. Christina sells her cookies at pop ups around the city or pre-orders that can be picked up at her house. This local cookie company entered food scene and quickly became a smash hit all over KC; Christina has even started getting noticed out of state. After a three week break, Kansas City Confidential is back with a new episode featuring local jeweler, Sierra Otto. Sierra is the owner and designer of Sierra Winter Jewelry. In this episode, Sierra talks about what inspires her and why she loves Opal so much. She even named her daughter Opal because of her love of the unique stone. Sierra's jewelry has a variety of both dainty and chunky pieces. Each piece is designed to be worn and layer together. Her jewelry can be found in their store located on Gregory and Oak or in other local retailers around Kansas City.

On this week's What's The Tea, KC? Sari talks about her recently visit to the new location of Front Range Coffeehouse in Kansas City. This is the second location of this location coffee joint. Front Range is part of the Made in KC family and serves the same delicious coffee and pastries. What makes Front Range different? They offer a fully stocked bar as well. The bar is not open yet in the Kansas City location as of when this episode comes out, but should be up and running soon.
