In today's episode, Sari talks to Jollene Hastings, owner of Vivilore, a boutique American restaurant in Independence. Jollene recently took over ownership and has been dedicated to preserving Vivilore’s original charm while also infusing it with her own unique touches. Often described as a “hidden gem” this restaurant offers more than just food! On the second floor, patrons can find a boutique retail space filled with goodies and products from local brands. Jollene talks about her balancing motherhood, ownership and her own content creating on social media.
