Swordfish Tom’s

In this episode, Sari talks to Jill, owner of Swordfish Tom's, a cocktail bar located in The Crossroads. This intimate hideaway is serving refined craft cocktails in a sophisticated, vintage-inspired setting. While living in Lincoln, Nebraska, Jill perfected cocktail making while bartending at The Other Room. During her time there, she helped the bar become a James Beard semifinalist for Best Bar Program in 2015. 

She brought her cocktails and skills in hospitality to Kansas City to open Swordfish Tom's. With a capacity of 30, this bar makes for the perfect date night. Swordfish Tom's is located at 210 W 19 Terrace, Kansas City, MO 64108.
